This improvement frees up the JavaScript namespace on pages which uses the <liferay-ui:tags-selector> taglib (i.e. Blogs, Message Boards, Wiki, Document Library). The taglib previously generated a random variable in the global namespace which may conflict with variables created by other JavaScript libraries or other developers. The use of this global variable has been removed with this improvement.
