Members assigned by usergroup to organizations do not have the appropriate permissions. When going to the organization's private pages, the user will not have permissions to see any portlets because the user is not getting the "Organization member" role correctly.

Also, when adding content, users cannot add images/folders through the fckeditor.

Also, users cannot visit parent-organizations's pages.
