Thumbs up/down ratings does not work in IE6

The thumbs rating indicators are broken in IE6 because of the mis-implementation of multiple selectors. Sometimes it is possible to work around this by ordering the selectors, however, in this case it's not possible, and requires the creation of a new CSS class for each type.
