Description

Users can see all items in the Control Panel's menu regardless of the permissions that user has. Even though users can see the menu items, users cannot modify content unless they have the appropriate permissions. However, this can cause confusion for the user. This problem only occurs when a user navigates to the Control Panel from their personal pages.
