portlet_configuration/archived_setup_action.jsp imports the wrong init.jsp

portlet_configuration/archived_setup_action.jsp (the jsp file used to generate the Actions button on the Archived tab in the portlet configuration screen) incorrectly imports the wrong init.jsp file. The incorrect import does not result in any incorrect behavior in the portal because both init files allows archived_setup_action.jsp to execute successfully.
