IE 8 does not allow Journal/Web Content with secure and unsecure content

IE 8 does not allow web pages with secure and unsecure content. This restriction may cause a problem with Journal / Web Content that references other files such as CSS or JavaScript. To address this issue, a new token, @[email protected], is now available to to Journal / Web Content templates. The token will return either http or https depending on the protocol used by the user to access the page
