Language keys can now be renamed

An automatic process has been created for renaming language keys. To rename keys, create a filed called rename.properties in the same folder as Language.properties. The file should contains entries of the form:

old-key=new-key

After running "ant build-lang", it'll rename the keys in Language.properties as well as in all other languages.
