The name of the community is not linked in the Activities portlet

When an Activities portlet is placed on a user's My Community, the portlet will list the user's activities as well as the community/organization the user performed the activity in. If this community only has private pages (no public pages), the name of the community/organization is not linked (i.e. clicking on the name of the community does not take the user to the community).
