Links to private pages do not work in Journal / Web Content

This issue applies to Journal / Web Content that uses a structure. If there is a "Link to Page" type field in the structure and a private page is selected from the drop down list, the link will not take a user to the private page. Instead, the link will either take a user to a random public page or a page not found error page.
