      Scheduled jobs are not executed if there's an existing job with the same name. The existing job must be unscheduled before the new job can added.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. LPS-4750 When starting a new scheduler, if there is already a job with the same name as the new job in the database, the old job should be unscheduled first.
