Dirty data in Resource_ table

Dirty data may exist in the Resource_ table. Dirty data was suppose to be cleaned up as part of the upgrade to 5.1.5 or 5.2.3, however, the process left some bad data in the Resource_ table.

Note 1: To avoid data corruption, this bug fix will only be applied when upgrading from pre-5.1.5/5.2.3 to 5.1.7/5.2.6

Note 2: Dirty data will only be introduced to the database if the database was directly modified or through custom code. If changes are always done through the Liferay UI, this bug fix is not needed.
