Form Navigator causes Control Panel menu to disappears.

When using the form navigator (the blue navigation in the users administration, organizations administration and settings section), some items from the top part of the Control Panel menu disappears. This is due to a long standing bug with Firefox not being able to handle navigation via anchors inside of an element that has a container with overflow set to hidden.
