Moved Wiki pages appear twice in the list of child pages

The list of child pages that a wiki page has include pages that have been moved. For example, "Page B" is a child page of "Page A". If "Page B" is renamed to "Page C", both "Page B" and "Page C" will appear as child pages of "Page A".
