Validation problem with content publication using TinyMCE and structure

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Use a tomcat bundle.
      2. Login as administrator.
      3. Create a structure with a required html field and a template.
      4. Create new web content with the new structure.
      5. Click "publish".

      Result: an error occurs

      6. Click "publish".

      Result: new web content is published

      ================================================
      Use case 2:

      Liferay 6.2.3 (GA4), TinyMCE 3.5.6 or TinyMCE 3.5.11

      Test Flow:
      1. Create a structure AAA with html field ddm-text-html and option required=true
      2. Go to Web Content and add an article via the created structure AAA.
      3. Add some text to the editor.
      4. Publish the article.

      Result: Validation error - "This field is required". You can't publish the article despite the field having content. No errors appear in log or console.

      Notes:
      Using TinyMCE, need add the following property to the portal-ext.propertices

      editor.wysiwyg.default=tinymce
      editor.wysiwyg.portal-web.docroot.html.portlet.journal.edit_article_content.jsp=tinymce
