The parent Wiki page's data is used to create the child Wiki page

Under some situations, when a child Wiki page is created, the page edit form is populated with the parent Wiki page's data. This bug may also occur when creating a Wiki page after viewing a previous Wiki page. The previous page's data is used to populate the new Wiki page's data. If a user attempts to create this page, a stack overflow error will occur.
