Permissions cache causes portal to dead lock and go down

    Description

      Permission caching is configured to block and this may cause the portal to dead lock. To address this issue the permissions cache is no longer configured to block by default. To configure permission caching to block again, set the following in portal(-ext).properties:

      permissions.object.blocking.cache=true
