The search index is not re-indexed after an upgrade. As a result, search results may not be accurate after an upgrade.

To manually correct this issue, navigate to Control Panel > Server > Server Administration (Server tab in the Admin portlet for 5.1.7) and execute "Reindex all search indexes."
