Creating a new Wiki node may sometimes end up editing an existing node

Under some circumstances, creating a new Wiki node might end up editing an existing Wiki node. Specifically, this situation will occur if a user is on the edit or details section of a wiki page immediately before attempting to create a new Wiki node. Instead of creating a new node, the node which the user was just viewing will end up getting edited.
