In order to allow plugin developers to customize ScreenNameGenerator, ScreenNameValidator, and LiberalScreenNameValidator, these three classes has been moved from portal-impl.jar to portal-service.jar. The package names are the same and should not require modifications of existing code. Please see LPE-1518 for more information.
