Some users and groups in Active Directory are not imported

Some users and goups in Active Directory are not imported if Active Directory contains more than 1000 groups (if importing by groups) or more then 1000 users (if importing by users). Paging was implemented in Active Directory address this issue but paging was also applied to queries which should not use paging.
