Web Content/Journal tokens are incorrect if the URL is contains the language

The Web Content / Journal tokens which return the current friendly URL are incorrect if the language id is in the URL. For example. if the URL is http://localhost:8080/en_US/web/guest/home the token @[email protected] will not include the the language id en_US. More generally the issue affects anything that gets a friendly URL from ThemeDisplay.
