Issues with importing DDLRecords when structure is not present

    Description

      If a LAR containing DDLRecords is imported into a site where the DDMStructure they are based on cannot be found, then after multiple imports, the DDLRecords will become corrupted and can no longer be merged (future imports will fail).

      This is because the _fieldsDisplay field within the DDLRecords goes missing after the second import.
