Creating a new Wiki page may inadvertently rename an existing page

Creating a new Wiki page may inadvertently rename an existing page. For example, if a user searches the Wiki portlet for "hook", the user has an option to "Create a new page on this topic." If there is an existing page named "Hook" (or any other variation of the word "hook"), the new page the user create will actually rename the existing page. The option to create a new page on this topic should only be presented to the user if the page does not exist already.
