Incoming Links in the Wiki portlet are case sensitive and thus will not show some links that belong in that list

Incoming Links in the Wiki portlet are case sensitive. Normally this would not be an issue, but if a Wiki article name starts with a lower case, it will not display any Incoming Links because the Wiki Engine will automatically convert the first character of all Outgoing Links to an uppercase character. To handle this, the Incoming Links must be case insensitive.
