If guest users is given permission to add messages to the Message Board, guest users are also given permission to

• Mark replies as an answer
• Delete messages by other guest users
• Access to edit messages, change permission, view RSS, and subscribe to a message.

Guest users should only have the permissions they're explicitly given.
