Can not use a custom implementation of Layout with LayoutType and LayoutTypePortlet

Instantiating a LayoutType or a LayoutTypePortlet with a custom implementation of Layout does not work because these two classes needs be instantiated with the default implementation, LayoutImpl. These two classes should allow any class that implements the Layout interface.
