The Manage Pages page takes a long time to load

The Manage Pages page takes a long time to load if the community / organization has a lot of pages. This is because the all the meta data for the navigation tree is loaded when the page loads. Instead, the meta data should be loaded only when a user expands the node in the navigation tree (lazy loading).
