The maximum items setting in Blogs & Asset Publisher is ignored by the portlet

The "Maximum Items to Display " configuration setting in Blogs & Asset Publisher is ignored by the portlet. Users can modify the pagination controls on the portlet to show as many or as few blog/asset entries as they want.

To fix this issue, the pagination controls no longer allows users to change the number of blog/asset entries to display. The number of blog/asset entries on a page will always be the value set in the portlet's configuration.
