If certain fields are removed from edit_user*.jsp because the portal administrator does not want users to modify a field, a hidden input field must be added for the removed field. This improvement allows the follow fields to be removed without adding a hidden input field:

Birthday
Email Address
First Name
Gender
Job Title
Last Name
Middle Name
Screen Name
Suffix
Title
