Assets can be searched by a tag even after the tag is deleted

Assets (e.g. Journal articles, Wiki pages, Blog entries, anything that can be tagged) which have been tagged, can be searched for by that tag. If that tag is deleted, however, it is still possible to search for that asset by the deleted tag.
