Drafts of existing blogs entries are not saved

When writing a new blog entry, the Blog portlet will automatically save a draft of the page. However, if a user edits an existing blog entry (either published or unpublished), the portlet will no longer save the draft.

To address this issue, a "Save Draft" button has been added to the Blogs portlet.
