The list of language types available to a Web Content template (or Journal template in 5.1.8) can now be customized in portal(-ext).properties using the property:

journal.template.language.types=css,vm,xsl

A language type can be removed from this list or a new language type can be added. If a new language type is added, a corresponding property must also be added for journal.template.language.content and journal.template.language.parser.
