Document library throws an exception when changing the parent folder that contains a large number of subfolders. This has been resolved by limiting how many parameters are passed into the sql query when viewing the details of each folder on the select parent page.

The maximum number of sql parameters to pass is controlled by setting the following in portal(-ext).properties:

sql.data.max.parameters=1000
