Updating a tag does not update the search index of assets with the tag

Assets (such as web content articles, wiki pages, blog entries, etc) which have been tagged, can be found by searching by the tag. However, if the name of the tag is changed, the assets can not found by searching by the new name of the tag. The assets, however, can still be found by searching by the old tag name. This behavior is incorrect and the assets should be searching by the new tag name.
