Images do not show up in WSRP consumer portlet

Images do not show up in the WSRP consumer portlet. This issue was addressed by switching to Apache Commons HTTP instead of JDK's URLConnection to get content. Most WSRP producer play better with Apache's implementation of HTTP methods.
