Message board posts may be displayed with syntactically incorrect HTML

This causes problems with lists. Bullets appear to break out the box the text is intended to be in. Also, bullets do not have any indentation so nested bullets appear to be part of the same list.

Other issues may also cause display issues with older browsers.
