RequestHeaderAutoLogin always attempts to import the user from LDAP.

For 5.1 EE, the property
ldap.import.enabled
can be used to toggle if users should be imported from LDAP. However, please see LPE-2225 for more information.

For 5.2 EE, the property
request.header.auth.import.from.ldap
can be used to toggle if users should be imported from LDAP.
