Searching by article ID does not work

Searching by article ID from the Control Panel (or from the Journal portlet in 5.1 EE) does not work. The article ID are stored as an uppercase string, but the search logic turns the query to a lowercase string before the search. As a result, matches are never found. This issue has been fixed by not lower-casing the query before the search.
