When a MB Thread view permission is removed, most of the thread's messages are still viewable through the RSS feed

When a MB Thread view permission is removed, all but the first message in the thread is still viewable through the RSS feed. The reason for this is that the MB Thread permissions is actually just the permissions of the thread's root MB message. The way this issue has been resolved is to check for the view permissions of the thread's root MB message before providing the MB Thread RSS data.
