Service Hooks do not work if multiple services are overwritten

Service Hooks do not work if multiple services are overwritten. Specifically, if an overwritten service calls another overwritten service B, it will not work.

This fix now allows overwritten services to call another overwritten service. In addition, this fix significantly improves performance of all service calls.
