Blogs Aggregator and Recent Bloggers portlets display both live and staging blog entries

The Blogs Aggregator and Recent Bloggers portlets can display blog entries from all communities that the user has permission to see. Since the portlet sees staging as another community, it perceives the staging blog and the live blog as two separate blogs. Users will not see it this way and may be confused by two similar blog entries.

The aggregators will now display only live blogs when the aggregator portlets are on a live community. When the aggreagator portlet is on a staging community, it will display all other live blog entries, and the entries of the staging community it is on, but not show entries from the related live site.
