Portlets In a Nested Portlets disappears after 5.2 SP1 to SP2 upgrade

The upgrade from 5.2 SP1 to SP2 causes portlets within the Nested Portlet to disappear. The cause is due to the change in the naming convention of the nested column id. The existing nested column ids must be updated to match this naming convention.
