Default multicast addresses do not work on JBoss

The multicast addresses are currently defaulted to use addresses in the 233.0.0.x range. However, JBoss AS uses this address range for session replication. This conflict causes clustering to not work on JBoss AS unless the default addresses are changed.

To resolve this conflict, the default address range has been changed to 239.0.0.x.
