CSS image sprite conflicts with SiteMinder

The generated CSS image sprite is named .sprite.png, however this name conflicts with SiteMinder.

To address this issue, the name of the image sprite has been changed to _sprite.png.

In addition, two new property has been added to portal.properties:

sprite.file.name=_sprite.png
sprite.properties.file.name=_sprite.properties

These property can be used to change the name of the image sprite to avoid conflicts in the future.
