      Description

      Currently, the Panel and PanelFloating components fire events for hide/show/triggerClick, etc but do not properly allow for listening to the events in the proper lifecycle. This makes it almost impossible to prevent certain actions from happening (for instance, to prevent the title bars from being collapsed in certain scenarios).
