<restore-current-view> element is ignored

The <restore-current-view> element in liferay-portlet.xml is ignored. Setting this element to false has no effect on the portlet.

If the <restore-current-view value> is set to true, the portlet is suppose to restores to the current view when toggling between maximized and normal states. If set to false, the portlet is suppose to reset the current view when toggling between maximized and normal states.
