Blogs portlet sends our email with incorrect link

The Blogs portlet sends out an email to users who are subscribed to the blogs. These emails contain a link to the blog, but this link is incorrect. The incorrect links have the form:

http://localhost:8080/web/10146/home/-/blogs/10339

when they should have the form:

http://localhost:8080/web/guest/home/-/blogs/10339
