Step to reproduce:

1. Login
2. Go to Site Administration -> Configuration -> Mobile Device Families
3. Add a new Device Family "<script>alert(123);</script>"
4. Configure Home page, tab advanced
5. Expand "Mobile Device Rules" panel, disable mobile device rules are inherited from Public Pages
6. Select Mobile Device Family "<script>alert(123);</script>"

Expected Results:
The Device Family "<script>alert(123);</script>" is selected.

Actual Results:
None.
