As part of https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-95502, we removed all of our usages of FontAwesome and Glyphicon from portal. To keep backwards compatibility in a seamless way, we also added a flag to automatically include the icon font by default.

The goal of this story is to turn such flag off to avoid loading unnecessary resources and improve performance and load times for the general case where it is not needed.
