Summary: Accessing All items filters via "Pending Items" or "Completed Items" cards is not performing the correct server request

Setup:

1. "Today" needs to have at least 1 completed instance

Steps:

1. Go to Control Panel > Workflow > Metrics > Single Approver > Performance
2. Click on "Today" number and notice the page will be redirected to All Items card with the respective filters selected
3. Go back to Completed Items card and select "Yesterday" filter and notice "0" is displayed.
4. Click on "0" and observe All Items result

Actual result: The results displayed in All Items are being the ones from "Today"

Expected result: No items should be displayed, as there were no instances completed in "Yesterday" filter.
